The Parish meeting is held annually on a day between the 1st of March and the 1st of June and is an annual meeting of the Parish and not a Parish Council meeting. They are often on the same day as a Parish Council meeting. Parish meetings are open to the public but only registered electors for the parish are permitted to vote on any proposal. However the decisions made carry no legal weight unless agreed at a subsequent Parish Council Meeting.
